Our Repair Process

We check the floor for damaged boards, squeaks, and nail pops, and address any issues before sanding begins.

Drum sanding removes the old finish and any surface damage, followed by edge sanding and hand-sanding for corners.

Fill & Screen
Gaps are filled, the floor is screened between coats, and dust is removed completely before any finish is applied.

Stain (if requested)
Stain is applied evenly and allowed to fully cure before the first finish coat goes down.

Finish Coats
Multiple polyurethane coats are applied with light sanding between each coat for maximum durability and smoothness.
