“My refrigerator stopped cooling one Saturday. I called this company and a technician came out within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a rough estimate of the parts and labor to fix. It turned out that a new refrigerator would be in the same order of magnitude in costs so we ended up buying new, so I cannot comment on how well they fix things, but appreciate how quickly they were able to come out so that we can make decisions about our appliance in a timely manner.”

The technician was extremely direct, clarified everything, and repaired it in a fraction of the time I thought it would cost a decent amount. It is so good when everything is functioning once again and there is one less thing to be concerned about.”

“I chose this company because of it's excellent reviews and because Rovshan, the owner, answers his calls himself. When he came to fix my wall heater, the pilot light was out, and he charged me his lowest service fee for re-lighting it. I didn't think that was the only issue, but we weren't able to duplicate the problem. He gave me a 30-day warranty in case something else went wrong. Something else did go wrong. He came back, found a new problem, and over that and another visit, fixed it. He credited the original service payment toward the second bill. Rovshan is prompt, courteous, and just the right amount of friendly. If I need other home appliance repairs, he will get my call.”
