Sewer was backing into basement, but would slowly drain enough to allow an occasional flush of the toilet - for three days. I called first thing on Monday a.m. and they were able to work me in. I couldn't be happier with the service, the neatness and the clean-up. They were able to put a camera through the line and found the clay pipe was collapsed. Since this was the third time in two years I knew the line would need replaced. I asked for a bid and was also told about a significant grant from the city for people replacing these clay lines. I couldn't have asked for better service or more pleasant people.
