“I contacted Power Works to address an electrical issue after having used the company previously. The owner told me he had no availability that week but would check his schedule for the end of the week and get back to me. He asked me to text him my address, which I did. After not hearing from him by the end of the day, I followed up the next day to ask whether he had found any availability. I still received no response, so I contacted another electrical company and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I was very disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and follow-through. I found this behavior to be very unprofessional.”
