“Manuel and his crew have helped us multiple times over the last several years with different projects - floor tile in laundry area, install new floor in entire basement, drywall work in basement, etc… Most recently, Manuel helped us complete a master bath renovation. Manuel is the most honest and careful contractor I have ever worked with. He is very reasonable with his pricing and extremely careful with his work. It is very obvious from our master bathroom renovation that Manuel cares beyond just what you see at the surface level - i.e. fancy new bathtub, nice vanity, etc… For example, he made sure the sub-floor was perfectly level before installing new tile, made sure the walls were plumb and level before adding wall tile, and added wood blocking behind the tile (which makes for a strong foundation when adding a heavy, glass shower door.). These are details that most homeowners don’t normally think about, and only see or care about the end result. The examples above show to my wife and I that Manuel takes genuine pride in his work, and we highly recommend him to anyone reading this review. He is a jack of all trades and can handle just about anything - from drywall, tile work, electrical, plumbing, and so forth. Thanks again for everything Manuel. “There are tons of handymen that service the northern VA area. Let me tell you why Marcos is the best. It's without a doubt that Marcos is skillful at his craft and smart when it comes to diagnosing and repairing. But what sets him apart is his demeanor. He is calm, flexible, efficient. He is polite when he enters your house to the time he leaves. He cleans up after the job is done, replaces everything without asking. Marcos is EXTREMELY fair when it comes to pricing.
