“I called at 9pm on a Friday and described the situation with my heat pump and all of the troubleshooting steps I had taken. I was hoping for a visit the following morning but the man I spoke with had a tech in my area and offered to have him see me that night. Amir and his cousin arrived around 10:45pm. We discussed the issues and I relayed all the troubleshooting steps I had taken. He was able to isolate the issue immediately and determined that a capacitor had gone bad. Amir explained everything he did in detail and demonstrated how the capacitor was bad with his multimeter. When he brought out the replacement, he again demonstrated how the new capacitor differed from the broken one by demonstrating with his multimeter...in the event I wanted to try to troubleshoot myself in the future. After he replaced the capacitor, he ran some additional checks and gave me the clear. The price was fair and he actually said that my troubleshooting steps had saved them a lot of time and lowered the cost. We settled up and they were on their way by 11:00pm. Very nice people to work with and also very transparent. I will be using their services again if needed.”
