Exterior House Painting — Charlotte, NC

This Charlotte home exterior repaint covered the full house — siding, trim, doors, and all detail work. The existing paint had faded and was beginning to chalk and peel, leaving siding exposed to moisture damage.

The job started with a full pressure wash to remove dirt, algae, and chalky residue. All failing areas were scraped and sanded before priming. Gaps around windows, doors, and trim were recaulked before the first coat went on.

Two coats of exterior finish paint were applied to all surfaces. The home now looks new and is properly protected against Charlotte's weather for years to come.
